Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our floral products, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our policy below:
Fresh Flower Orders
• We do not offer refunds once an order has been arranged, prepared, or delivered.
• If there is an issue with the quality of your arrangement (such as damaged, wilted, or incorrect flowers), you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Photo evidence of the issue is required so we can properly review the claim.
• If approved, we may offer:
• A replacement arrangement, or
• A store credit for the value of the order.
Cancellations
• Orders canceled within 1 hour of purchase may be eligible for a refund.
• Same-day orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Incorrect Delivery Information
• If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, apartment number, or recipient information, we cannot provide refunds.
• A re-delivery fee may apply if a second attempt is required.
Custom Orders
• Custom bouquets, event florals, and special-order products are non-refundable.
Non-Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to severe weather or unexpected circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule or issue store credit.
Contact our shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with options and determine if a refund can be issued.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after a refund is agreed to. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Sale items, gift cards, and downloadable products are final sale and cannot be refunded. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge.
